Deer collision !

So a deer ran out in front of the wife this morning when she was on the way to work , of course it messed up her SUV.
She smacked the crap out of it…. bad deal all the way around. Pissed her off, she likes her Cherokee .
So…to the body shop it will go. I haven’t seen it yet.
Being as I am not allowed to drive because of the seizure thing, I can’t do crap but just sit here !! We have a few other vehicles she can drive for a while. I have two trucks and we have an older Caprice that works too. On top of all that there is rental coverage on the insurance.
Hopefully it won’t take that long or much to fix it.
I am just glad she is ok and nobody got hurt. I think it could have been way worse. Crap happens !!

My wife has hit a few over the years.

She works for some folks that live off Cedar creek rd here in Coweta county. It's like a whackamole game over there at night ☹️

I came thru there a few years back and there was half a deer in the ditch and half a deer thru a windshield.

I really hate deer... the damn things are everywhere. I almost hit one in my neighborhood, in Powder Springs. I think we should be able to hunt them year round, as nuisance animals in urban areas.

I had a deer change directions immediately and T boned me in the passenger door. I saw them and slowed down and even got in the left hand lane to give them a wide berth. Then a joker turns directions for some stupid reason and slammed right in the passenger door. It didn't make one scratch not one Mark except for just a big dent in the door. Thank goodness all the damage was localized at the door so all they had to do was replace the door skin. I hate deer strikes but living up here and in the rural areas you just about can't avoid it.
