I have a Del Ton and for the money it’s a good rifle. I wouldn’t want to go to war with it but to shoot holes in paper on Sunday afternoons it works great

It's the entire AR market but unfortunately for Delton, PSA was It's biggest competitor and PSA just did business better ( though I always thought Delton had a better product)

I doubt Kel Tec fails. Despite the haters, their products are unique enough to shield them from the commodity aspect of this industry. Delton was a "me too" but unlike PSA, they weren't very diversified with their product offering and it's just a race to the bottom when that happens.

If I had to guess, Anderson or Radical could be next.. Hate to see it, so hopefully not!

Del-Ton has been around for a while - they were one of the OGs when it came to inexpensive AR15s. PSA beat them at the game, though. They've been around long enough that I wonder if the owner is reaching retirement age and not seeing enough value in the company to make it worthwhile to sell.
