I had a 16" mid length upper from Del Ton on a KE Arms lower back during Covid. I only ran maybe two mags through it but it seemed fine. Wound up trading it off mostly because the heavy profile barrel was noticeably front heavy pinned to the KE monolithic poly lower. It's the entire AR market but unfortunately for Delton, PSA was It's biggest competitor and PSA just did business better ( though I always thought Delton had a better product)
I've always assumed that chrome lining barrels had to be a cost prohibitive process for strictly commercial manufacturers.Built a couple of their kits back in the day, always liked their option if you wanted chrome lined barrels. One of the few companies that offered it.
They weren't top tier, but they weren't junk. Way back in the day I had a few uppers from them. All were built well and shot incredibly well for the dollar.Always seemed like junk not really surprised

What did I miss about SCCY? The last I heard they were doing some strategic downsizing but I haven't heard any recent updates.Last week it was SCCY and now Del Ton. Must be the Trump Slump.
Lipsey's and Davidsons don't even have them listed anymore as an option to order. What did I miss about SCCY? The last I heard they were doing some strategic downsizing but I haven't heard any recent updates.
Edit: I see that Sports South as zero SCCY in stock.
