Democratic*Rep. Jose Serrano*of New York*reintroduced a bill in Congress Friday to repeal the*22nd Amendment, which would end*term limits*on the U.S.*presidency.
H.J. Res. 15 proposes “an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President,” according to the Daily Caller.
The move prompts a sobering thought: Barack Obama, president for life.
Although, with Hillary Clinton in the bullpen and rumors that Michelle Obama may be considering a run for U.S. Senate in Illinois as a primer for her own White House run, America could realize a continuation of Obama’s far-left “progressive” agenda for some time to come.

. Serano has introduced this bill every two years since 1997 (including 1997, 1999, 2001, 2003, 2005, 2007, 2009, 2011, and now 2013). 3 Republican members of Congress and 3 other Democrats have also introduced similar proposals since 1991. So far, exactly zero have come to a vote in Congress.
