She quoted the services I ordered back to me after we were done and of course they were wrong so we had to start over.

I left them after being a customer for 12 years, Fed up with their BS..They have called several times offering $300.00 to come back..I laughed and hung up the phone.

Had satellite. Dumped it and did not replace it. I don't miss tv. Now should the internet go down however.....

Had them for awhile up north, with no problems. Got them here when I moved back, then ATT bought them. Turned to crap instantly. I don't know which is worst them or Dish TV, who would bill me twice a month and when I called they said sorry computer error then wanted me to pay for back service when there wasn't any. Haven't had cable since February. Only miss it for college football.
