You don't buy weed in front of Harry's. You go about a mile and half down Pio Nono to Mercer Univ Drive, turn left and left again onto Poppy Skreet. Slow down and they'll come to you.
That sounds like city stuff. In Dallas everyone had it delivered. Up here in N Ga I assume everyone grows their own and lies about it. I guess jesus doesn't partake.
I love it up here but there are no good bars. 50 liquor stores but nobody drinks in public. I pass about 10 churches on the way buy beer.
