Except he is a dealer who is part of the distribution channels through wholesalers and manufacturers. If some guy was walking around with day old walmart ammo I'd gladly call him an asshole.

I guess where I come down on all this is gun show behavior. At a gun show, if a guy at the table has a used Glock listed for $700, I chuckle to myself and walk away. I'm not going to stand in the aisle and shout out to everyone that walks by what a "gouger" this guy is or point out other tables were it can be had for less...besides if someone else is willing to pay that for it, good for both of them I guess. Same thing here, if you don't like it, move on.

Well....I guess my earlier comment was a self fulfilling prophecy. More rules does = more mods. More rules must be on the way.
