Doc said I have to cut alcohol

So I've cut way back but hopefully I can just sip on a little sumpin every now and again.

This jar is more than a pint but less than a quart.

I took 3.4 ounce pack of banana cream pudding mix and split it between 2 jars. I added some water and some milk, a splash of vanilla extract until the jar was half full. Filled the rest with whipped cream vodka. Pretty damn good.

The real recipe calls for white lightning and vanilla creamer but I don't have either, sooooo...

I have a box of lemon pudding to try next, same thing.

This crap isn’t doing anything to help your triglycerides. Neither is eating at mexican restaurants. All the fat/oil/butter restaurants add to food is Charles Barkley level turrbble for you. SOME will cut back if you ask politely but the ‘vatos at your local Mexicali place aren’t those folks.

That sure sounds good, I’d like to try it. Last week my wife told me that my beer had too many calories and that was contributing to my slight overweightness (her words not mine) so thursday afternoon I had a few (too many) Tito’s and sunny d, got s##tfaced, smoked a fat one and had a damn good time by myself outside with the music cranked up, didn’t eat supper and went to bed about 9, told her it was part of my diet plan. I guess I was ready for a good time, like thursday night college days. Next day she came home with a 12 pack for me, so it was back to my regular routine of 2-4 before I eat then I’m done.
