So I've cut way back but hopefully I can just sip on a little sumpin every now and again.
This jar is more than a pint but less than a quart.
I took 3.4 ounce pack of banana cream pudding mix and split it between 2 jars. I added some water and some milk, a splash of vanilla extract until the jar was half full. Filled the rest with whipped cream vodka. Pretty damn good.
The real recipe calls for white lightning and vanilla creamer but I don't have either, sooooo...
I have a box of lemon pudding to try next, same thing.

This crap isn’t doing anything to help your triglycerides. Neither is eating at mexican restaurants. All the fat/oil/butter restaurants add to food is Charles Barkley level turrbble for you. SOME will cut back if you ask politely but the ‘vatos at your local Mexicali place aren’t those folks.
