Unless you are wanting to weaponize it there may be sub forums that are better then this one. On that note the first place to check out would be your local sporting goods stores. I am sure I have seen them at places like that before.

I talked to some of the artillery types at the Battle of Tunnel Hill Civil War Reenactment about a month ago. The tubes run about $2000 up, the carriages quite a bit more. A complete setup with the gun, carriage, caisson etc. can run in excess of $20,000.

Yes, they are in fact pretty faithful reproductions. I'm not sure what the laws are in that regard.
