Do you know they were hollering at you or could they have been hollering at another employee? May have been a good time to speak to the manager to find out rather than allowing us to speculate.

it was us. because after the yelling, a lady in our party help to clear the table to which the associate thanked, "thanks little mama!", lol. we were ready to leave and the juice wasn't worth the squeeze.

just wondering because it felt like I stepped back in time. right away, I noticed a customer gave me the evil eye stare. I saw an associate clear away a table earlier. Later, as I was throwing away my tray, an associate yelled out for us to clear away the rest of the table (only so much I could carry at the time). I'm asian and I am perfectly OK if your place caters to a certain crowd, I just need to know so I can avoid it, forever... it's been like 10 years since I've been in 1.

I think A lot of these establishments have given up on customer service a long time ago. Loud mouth Karen would have gotten the universal salute from my middle finger for that comment. You were the bigger man by keeping your kool.

I haven't been in a Steak & Shake in two years, the last one, me and the old lady were the only two Crackers there, Dudes who came in 30 minutes after us were getting their food before us. My wife asked for napkins 5 different times, finally I went to the Men's room and brought out an entire roll of paper towels. After 45 minutes our tea was not brought to our table and I stood up and yelled out, "Who the Hell do I have to sleep with to get a drink around here?"All the Help (?) scurried off to the kitchen to regroup. After I used the ketcup to draw a map of Georgia on the table, I told the old woman, lets go. I got on line and complained and left my name and number, but no one ever called back, so we crossed those dumps off our list..

A few months ago, the Wife, "Target" got a Coke at the drive thru, as she was putting the straw in, a cockroach crawled out of the hole, she screamed and threw it out the window, I guess the roaches don't like the watered down coke there either
