Lower interest rates?
I'm wanting the return of those 15% CDs from the '80's.

Edit: I had a friend who bought a house during that period and had a 17% 30 year mortgage.
Of course, he re-fied when rates normalized, but, just, Damn.

Yea. When my Wife started her 401k, I made projections of how our retirement savings would acrew. Well I had to change strategies to keep up with that schedule. Then in the end all those conservative investments didn't keep up with inflation. So I've been playing catch up for the last 5 1/2yrs since I retired. Somethin to think about

Yea, that wasn't all. I had 3 pensions I got screwed on plus a lot of built up time I lost too. It's all working out though. We were always about safety nets. Thank God for that!!! We wouldn't have had anything otherwise. Now the joke is on them.....

The reason for the post is because of the Chinese-Indian-Russian love fest of the past day or so. I don't recall saying anything about Trump being a savior. At least you got the Biden part right.

I’m so tired of imitating their accents back to them…. I’m with you on that. I can do a mean Hindi guy speaking English impression. My Islamabad English accent is ON POINT!!! Housing market is growing stagnant. I was talking to a realtor earlier in the week who is seeing $100k discounts on $500-750k homes. Percentage wise that’s pretty substantial.
BUT…..if you lower the prime and jump start housing inflation will creep its ugly head back in. Yall remember the $50-60 (or more) per pc subflooring so……..🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Undocumented (illegal) workers are more scarce driving price of labor up

No buyer yet, but it doesn't hurt to ask, you can always come down.
