If what I'm reading is true, you probably don't deserve her. If you really run like that for the length of time posted....nobody at all would blame her for coming to her senses and leaving you. I can only say I hope you can work it out with her for the kids sake as well as yours but if she continues to put up with you doing the same stuff....she deserves what she gets. Marriage is a team effort....as with any real team you put in 70% and get 30%.... Both sides.

OP - Another thing - Get a Vasectomy for God's sake... Ya'll don't need any more kids & don't even think about asking her to do something.

Wow, this woman sound like a real trooper. You can make this right, just do it and do it fast. Divorce will painful and in the end not worth it in your case. The great thing about life is the "the past does not equal the future." You can fix this, but you need to start now! Just get on with fixing this!
