Don't fall for it like I did!

Not much of a "safe" IMHO ..............not much effort to compromise ...............
I don't leave anything of value in my truck ... that being said I use a motion detector alarm in truck(1) that I plug in room socket (2) to help protect my truck being stolen...........
I like this idea, plus a silent alarm to you if a vehicle door is opened. Provides a great opportunity for confrontation after calling the police. Only problem is that you will need to take all your valuables with you if you go outside - if it's an "inside" job they will loot your room while you're gone .

The system I have is a motion detector that sits on bottom side of rear window, if rear window is broken it will fall thus setting off the alarm that is in my room plugged in. also when I leave truck, I lean forward both seats so any movement in cab will set off alarm Range 500 +/- feet and there is no 'audio' alarm in truck only in room. Inside job? I don't tell anybody I have an alarm system............

And yet, you just did....

I had an instructor when I was in school for EMS. Her apartment was broken into They stole her liquor and a few other items. She bought some cheap liquour, dosed it liberally with ipecac. Sure enough they came back for more. She didn't get a follow-up but the results must have been beautiful.

Excellent. Your next assignment is to look up paregoric.
After that, I have a whole list of other now-banned meds that my grandmother used to give me in the 1940's.
