Pfff many a time fried bologna is betta

A few years back I started a thread on fried bologna sandwiches. Most guys agreed that it's a hard dish to beat for the average budget gourmet . But a few guys went into detail about using good thick bologna like Boars Head. Seriously ?! Why would I spend Boars Head money and get bologna ? Its bologna. As Ralphie May used to say " You get what you get !"
