Yeah until someone in a light colored car get rear ended because the paint blends in with the mist and the other driver can't see him. Then he wants to sue. That costs all of us on our insurance.
well, that's good to know.....i've always ignored them like campus security...........
but if it's only on campus, that's tricky.....not all of GT is on a campus, kind of like Ga St
I should state it was at a fairly busy 4 way stop so they would have easily seen my brake lights and should have been prepared to stop given the long line of cars, but that's all semantics at this point.

This is truly one of my pet peeves and the advent of daytime headlights has made stupid people even more stupid and forgetful when it's dark out too in addition to raining.

if you really want to challenge the ticket, then ask to have the dash cam footage available to you at trial. if he's lying then it'll be thrown out. if ur lying, get ready to pay up
I'm pretty sure this is considered a non-moving violation that will not affect your insurance or add any points to your driving record.
