No. In GA, a GAFL or Weapons Carry License is applicable to carry an automatic knife. With that being said, as I have warned other customers, please make sure you know the laws you live in or of the states you are traveling thorugh.

In SC, you must be Active Duty, not Reserve, Law Enforecement or Military to carry one. You may by them as a collectable piece.
