You are a talented individual Geezer! Like your work. I've considered buying a 995 several times, but having a 9mm ar and a Marlin Camp 9 can't really justify it. But that one you have might make me change my mind if you decide to sell.

Yes it's already perfed, it's .080 stainless, and I used stainless washers for the end pieces. I use a vice, a solid 1" bar, and a BFH to bend it into a cylinder, Tig it with 347 stainless wire. Had to ream the ID of the washers to fit the barrel on a lathe. 10/32 nut welded inside for the hex head set screw. Tig weld washers to cylinder, then work ends into shape on the lathe...Now, I think I'm going to paint it black...
