ELR Weekend at Arena Training Facility UKD range in Blakely GA Nov 15/16

The UKD at the Arena has been reserved for the weekend of Nov 15/16. Pls mark your calendars/save the date if you are planning to join us. I will update this thread with all the details etc. once I have them. Planning to take between 20-25 folks. Will start sigh-ups once the final paperwork is in place with the facility.

Good Morning all,

The range is reserved and will start taking sign ups for the weekend of Nov 15/16. There are only 25 slots and it will fill up quite fast. On campus cabins will be available and they will post that most likely 2 months before the event. I will ask to have it opened for reservation sooner if possible. Range fees will be $165 for the weekend and the cabins are 110/night and sleeps 2. I will start a roster today. Pls send me your range fees via Zelle to (770) 861 3488 as soon as possible to secure a slot on the roster.

PM me if you are interested: Name, phone# and email address, and what you calibers you will be shooting during the weekend. I will not post your details on the roster, this is just to be able to get hold of you if need be.

This is first come first served type of event, be there early to secure a bench or space under the roof. If you have any medical conditions that necessitate a specific shooting position i.e. a bench please let me know so i can accommodate you, hopefully that will ensure that everyone has a good time during the weekend. We will most likely arrange a couple of informal competitions to make it interesting more on that later.

I have been meaning to provide an update for a while but have not been able to get around to it. There was more demand from the Florida group that usually attend this event than available slots, and they decided to create their own event, not sure when or if it will be open to folks outside their group. As a result 10 spots opened up again. Let me now if you are interested to go shoot with us.

Here is an update on the Nov 15/16 Event at The Arena UKD range in Blakley. On campus cabins can be reserved via the arena website. The reservation system only allows for Saturday evening booking, they have a group leaving on Friday afternoon and cleaners will still be busy cleaning the cabins but we can rent them for Friday evening as well, we will have to wait until they are done cleaning them. So if you plan on staying on campus, reserve the cabin for Saturday evening and we can check in late Friday afternoon. I will send more information closer to the event. There as still slots open if someone wants to join
