honestly if they had approached me beforehand and could explain with legal speak bs how they technically have me at fault due to x, y, and z and all that jazz i would probably not be as surprised as being charged on the spot after bringing it back and explaining my side of the story with no recourse or anyone i could speak to about it. it was pretty much a "**** you very much and drive safe with enterprise"Definitely dispute the charges. The credit card company almost always sides with the consumer which sucks 99% of the time for retail businesses that's get screwed by it. However in this case it works to your advantage. Dispute the charge and dare Enterprise to take you to court to get their $200.
It's a Mitsubishi. Their quality control has changed quite a bit since they built the Zeros that bombed Pearl Harbor.
you should ALWAYS check "under the hood" before you take one home....if you wind up blowing a tranny, that's on you.....not that there's anything wrong with that.if the engine siezes up or the tranny blows out are you responsible for that **** as well?
