**** enterprise rental

Definitely dispute the charges. The credit card company almost always sides with the consumer which sucks 99% of the time for retail businesses that's get screwed by it. However in this case it works to your advantage. Dispute the charge and dare Enterprise to take you to court to get their $200.

It's a Mitsubishi. Their quality control has changed quite a bit since they built the Zeros that bombed Pearl Harbor.
honestly if they had approached me beforehand and could explain with legal speak bs how they technically have me at fault due to x, y, and z and all that jazz i would probably not be as surprised as being charged on the spot after bringing it back and explaining my side of the story with no recourse or anyone i could speak to about it. it was pretty much a "**** you very much and drive safe with enterprise"

dispute it via your credit card. When they start talking "you buying insurance, ask to see their State of GA insurance agent's license, which NONE of them have, then tell them you will report them to the State of GA for selling insurance without a license." The look on their faces will be priceless.

I worked in insurance regulation for 40 years, would always get the "song and dance" at the car rental counter about buying this or that optional coverage....asking for their insurance agent's license shut them up RIGHT NOW.

I picked up a truck from Enterprise. The backseat was covered in dog hair. The front seat was covered in water stains. Whole truck wreaked of cigarette smoke. I get in the truck and the oil change light immediately comes on. I walk back inside and say "Hey your oil change light is on." Their response was, "They just forgot to turn it off, we definitely had it changed when it came in, we wouldn't be sending it out otherwise." About 2 days later they called me asking when I would be returning it so they could change the oil, I said well whenever my truck is done you'll get this one back. They said, "oh, well if you don't mind just taking it back an authorized oil change center." I said um, nope, this isn't my truck and I'm not going to sit for 2 hours and wait on an oil change...Enterprise is garbage.

ya, i was given a ****ed up piece of **** under the misguided belief that it would be road worthy and safe; gee do you eat anything someone gives you with a **** eating grin just because thats how the world is? lol would hate to see what you settle for on dates :)

Don't get all butthurt because you won't man up. I was raised with "what would John Wayne do!" NOT why am I having trouble taking care of what curveball life threw me. Here again you are blaming the car and proclaiming its not road worthy or safe. Was it a self driving car and it steered you into the bump? GLWS
