Error in posting pictures

First new ad I've posted in a month or so but I keep getting an error msg when attempting to add the photos. I've used the same format and file to pull the photos from, started over from scratch, even re-enter the pics into the file I usually use and nothing has corrected the error. Has something changed recently or can someone give me some suggestions? Thx.

"There was a problem uploading your file."

i have the same problem on my home computer. it uploads fine on my tablet.
