The only thing worse than the crazy prices are the people having a cow about them, filling an ignore list, crying greed and so on.

Man up and buy it before the next guy or move on ladies, but the crying about it really looks bad on you.

If I wanted to sell something I sure as hell wouldn't let it go for last week's prices, but I would avoid the crying and go GB.

Or, ironically, if the worst comes to pass that the inflated prices reflect, all these "scary black rifles" and their magazines will become illegal and thus worthless (ref. the Aussi buy back).

I've done deals with lots of good folks on here. Like dougiemac said, 'I love this community too much...'. Especially after I had an opportunity to put some names and faces together and meet some GOOD folks in Newnan a few weeks ago. So, I'm just doing business as usual; watching feedback, posts and join dates. If it don't pass the smell test, I walk away BEFORE engaging, so to speak. It'll all buff out, fellas. I know many of you are very unhappy with high priced items here recently, I understand, but please realize that we are a free marketplace and folks can ask what they want for their stuff. If you don't want it you don't have to buy it. Part of being a free marketplace and a free country is that everyone is free, not just you!

No one knows what is going to happen in the near and distant future, it could turn out that these prices are indeed ridiculous or they may just be the tip of the iceberg, either way don't let it ruin your day! People can ask what they want for items and people can pay what they want for items, if you're not involved then don't sweat it, it's not worth it!

Just shake your head and move along, or go vent in the discussion forums in one of the MANY threads on the topic.

Sure would be nice if we (ODT community) stood up against the bull**** gougers and let them take heat for gouging...

Not true i tried to ask 1000 for 5a glock mags and got removed then wanted to trade an ar for a house or a 2013 f550 and it got removed also
