Exhaust guy for a single job

I'm looking for someone hopefully nearby to help me pass emissions. Looks like I'll need the passenger catalytic converter replaced. I have the obd2 code (P0430) for an 09 tundra. One catalytic converter was significantly hotter than the other after cooling off for a few minutes. Not sure if that's due to a clogged cat or just different locations cooling at different rates.
