Falcon or Hawk?

Peregrine Falcon is my guess.

He's too fat - needs to cut back on the mice.

I'm leaning more towards some type of hawk. When it took flight and lit in a tree about 300 yards away, the wings weren't flapping rapidly like a falcon's, more slow to fold like a hawk's. I haven't watched that many Peregrines though.
