This is my second year playing. I came in dead last in the 2015 season and I'm determined to shine this year. Another team in my league desperately wants to trade me for Le'Veon Bell. He'll let me choose any RB and any WR on his team. Below is his current team. Who should I pick?

Our league is set up for high points for receptions, rushing yards, with/without TD's, so QB's aren't really high on the priority list as WR and RB's.
