There's no grey IF the account is accurate. The daughter said she didn't know him so a 'stranger' is in your daughter's bedroom at night and you tell him not to move and he reaches for something? Dead stranger everytime. Like I said, IF that is an accurate account.

Up to the DA I suppose. She lied and contributed to the death of a person. I'm not Solomon but I'm tempted to say she won't learn anything more by any further punishment. If I were the boy's parents, I'd want her to pay big time.
