Fish sticks with macaroni and cheese. Takes me right back to my grandmother's kitchen...

Grandma,s pecan pies and gingerbread. Momma,s coconut cake and her fruitcake cooking in oven. Loved the smell of old two cylinder John Deere diesel tractors A, 50,60,and 70 series.home made sausage cooking and biscuits baking in oven. The smell of cooking out cracklings in black wash pot over fire last week of November!

I used to love hog killin days!! After the killin and cleanin, I was the skin and cracklings cooker. They would've probably made 10 more pounds of them if somebody else had been cookin em.....not that I would eat them as they came to the top.

4th of July and New Years were epic for me

LOL,,,,,, that reminds me. I used to spend countless hours putting model cars and airplanes together. You know, the ones you glued the pieces together with. When I finished, I would set it on fire and pretend it was in a wreck or crash and burned. If I had all the model cars and planes I burned, I wouldn't have room for them all.........young and dumb I guess.
