Update: if you have 4x4, park in the front yard , if you don’t have 4x4 you will have to park on the road and walk up. ( don’t worry about messing the yard up, I am installing new grass in March )

If I wasn't trying to get my house on the market I would be all over this. Working 12-14 hours a day to get it finished. Only about 2 weeks left and it's going to be ready to sell. I've moved to Cartersville so it would be right around the corner.
