Walmart in Duluth just put 2 cases out of federal 22lr 550 bulk. $23.97 each I lucked out went in for Advil came out with 22lr.

I think that most of the stores just got some in. If you look at the for sale section ammo, you an see who is flipping the boxes that came in. Just yesterday, I think i saw 5 or 6 new posts for the 550 boxes in the for sale section- most @ $35-50/box. Flippers.

That's close to retail. It'll get back below 20 a box soon enough for me. I still haven't used up .22 ammo I've had since the 80s.

That is retail. That's what Walmart charges for Federal 550 pack now. I wouldn't expect it to get much lower than Walmart's price from here on out.

It will not go lower than Walmart prices...I remember after the first Olection, those Federal 550's were $12..then they went to $16 in a couple of years..They are not going down below $20 a brick..no need to when people are happy to get it for $40 now.
