It's an hour away but Cherokee Gun & Pawn does free transfers. I always buy extra ammo or mags when I'm there to show my appreciation.

Fourth Armory in Marietta does free transfers as well as TruPrep. Truprep has an online thing you need to do before hand. Not sure about Fourth, never used them but I think you need to call them to let them know what's coming.

If you don't want to drive and would rather pay someone for filling out the paperwork there is Norcross Gun Club and Range and also Johns Creek Indoor Range relatively close by.

No one on this side of town provides free transfers that I am aware of. I use 4th Armory as needed and just buy $100 or so of stuff when I use them. Most shops in Gwinnett charge around 50 bucks.

Might want to check with local pawn shops. I find them to have lower transfer fees than gun shops.

Been there too. Good group of guys and minutes from the house. They are closed Wednesday's though.

Call around the local FFLs that the site you are ordering from lists and ask how much transfers are. As mentioned above, Cherokee Gun and Pawn does free transfers which is 15 mins from my house so I am lucky. I always buy ammo/mags when picking up an internet order, sometimes another gun too haha
