Hodogon Universal is a great powder for the 38 if you can find it. Also Unique. Things will hopefully get better with time. Primers are really hard to find where I live. I have been reloading for over 30 years and have never seen it like this. Welcome to the Brotherhood.

Primers were the easiest of my hunting. Picked up 5k small pistol and counting.
I am having thr hardest time finding powder (or at least popular powder)
The lead I ordered early so I would have it when the press came in.
Again I should have jumped in years ago. I am really enjoying this even with the shortages.
