First brisket is on the smoker...

Do yourself a favor and smoke one of those corned beef briskets. Rinse it, liberal coat of coarse black pepper, and smoke at 225 for about 7 hours. Homemade Pastrami.


I just might give that a try, sounds good.

I bought a chuck roast the other day and slapped it on the grill, (direct heat) for about 10 minutes on each side, then I slid it in a crock pot with a little red wine.
