First Day Without Beer...

I'm not weak for sugar. So I got that goin for me. And when I go get to the gym I may try the good liquor route. I like Scotch with water and ice or club soda. Lately, I really like Bushmill's and Jameson's but they're beyond my budget at the time. I don't need additive for my water. Although, I do kinda like the Science water.
 
Don't have to give up beer, just use it to refuel after running. Beer is an advanced carbohydrate recovery beverage!

Well having a forum to discuss it helps. And while everyone's suggestions haven't matched up with what I would do I don't feel like anyone is hating on me or expecting me to fail.This aint Facebook and from what I can tell everyone is grown and usually acts like it. That's why I'm still here. So thanks to ALL.
