Stevens .410 single shot on Christmas day in 1974 or 75. Three years later on Christmas M1 Carbine.
Ruger 10/22 when I was 8.

Back when I was in high school in 1965 a friend had a 22 revolver that he wanted to sell. If I remember right it was a high standard that he wanted $10 for. He brought it to school, placed in his locker, and that afternoon I took ownership of it.
Today we both would have a long time out from school.
I kept it for several years and was the start of my love of weapons.
