Flying Squirrels

Dealing with this now. They burrow in the insulation and come out at night. They ate a/c lines and wires so they need to be stopped. They have invaded our house and we had to pull off the ridge cap on the roof put wire then reinstall the ridge cap. Also the are area where the shingles meet the gutters. We ended having to hire a company to do it. Was to involved for me and I hate heights.

Yep. They chewed all the insulation off trying to get the copper lines that were condensating trying to get water I guess. Gnawed a hole in the copper line and the freon leaked out. Also the thermostat wires were chewed in half.

I've had the same problem on a couple of houses. They were getting in the space between the roof decking and the fascia board.
Have you been in the attic during the daytime without any lights on and looked to see where any light might be coming in.
It sounds like they were playing soccer. How can something that small make so much noise and how do they know when I'm trying to sleep?
