? for all the armed forces vets .

On my way to the irr. Regular reserves weren't for me, To much beaurocracy. Active duty is pretty cool by comparison from what I understand

I got out of the Navy 14 years ago because the economy seemed great and I was tired of not making much money. It has been in the toilet since then... Also, I have a bit of a problem with authority, so I got sick of ignorant people above me barking orders.

Army, 8 years active duty, downsizing the forces in the early 90's and got a job offer that was career based and paid more. Miss it, should have stayed in and retired, hindsight, but on the other hand had alot of fun as a civilian over the last 20 years too.

I did 12 years between Fort Bragg and Germany...left in 2000 after just getting back from a deployment I got orders to Korea right after making E-6. Got terminated from jump status due to a knee injury and would have stayed longer if my branch would have worked with me but they wouldn't so I left.
