Ford dealers that will lower tpms

Anyone know a Ford dealer close to Canton that will lower the tpms range on a F250? I called one close by that says they can't, but I know some are out there that can.

Unless you change the softwere in the system, it can't be done

I know it requires reprogramming, it's just a matter of finding a dealer willing to do so that's familiar with it. I also know they can't shut it off(at least legally, unfortunately).

Why do you want to change it ?

Factory tpms setting sets tpms off below 60psi, my non-factory size tires need to be set lower than that.

I had a heck of a time finding one that would reprogram mine when I added oversized tires to recalculate the speedometer but tire pressure is more of a safety thing for them. I can see why they wouldn't want to.

The liability is extremely risky for any shop , do you guys remember the big firestone law suit , it stem to wrong tire pressure

HELL my shop will not charge for tire plug for liability reasons

Are your new tires and spare the same size?
If not is the spare still usable if needed.

If your spare is still stock and can't be used due to mismatched sizes take it to a local tire shop have them break the bead and toss the 4 other monitors in it then re-inflate to 60psi.
