What do the welds on the front lug look like? Polish mags also generally show very small weld marks, or none, on the front lug. Disassemble the mag and see if it has inspector stamps on the side of the follower, something found on Polish mags exclusively I believe. If the front lug has large welds and no stamping (s) on the follower I would lean toward it being Russian.

I think the answer lies in that follower....but I don't recognize it's origin.
