What's a super nice Russian 30 round steelie go for?

Hard to say because you don't see them for sale too often these days.

Izhmash or Tula? Early or late back/spine/side spine stamp?
Izhmash = late spine stamp $35-$45
Tula = late spine stamp $45-$55

That's a best guess and nothing more. I have a late stamp Tula that I wouldn't let go for anything under $50.

Honestly I dont have a RPK so thr 40 rounders aren't desired. Any 20 round 7.62x39 bakes you'd be willing to let go of lying around? If not 30 rounders would work too. Or any AK stock or handguards for a MAK90?
