Lol, whoops.... Hard to get anything mailed out of there.
Once in a while a few things happen to accidentally get packed with our equipment and make it on an aircraft.... But I wouldn't know anything about that personally, it's just what I hear :-)

Under 10 rds. and they can with no issues. They also can go through the trouble of getting proper importation docs and it's a non issue.

10's of 1,000's of mags are imported without documentation from Russia every year, many by a small handful of people... I think I'll be ok.
