I accepted that fact the first time I went to a Cars & Coffee meet near Newport Beach. Most of the cars in the lot exceeded my net worth, sometimes by an order of magnitude.

boats, cars, houses and jewelry dont catch my eye. Not my speed but I can certainly understand it.
All what I would consider obtainable.

But im asking myself How many people have a 60k internally cooled belt fed 50? That's what I consider treasure

Around me, $300K is a steal for a starter home ITP and likely was previously a trap house haha - I kind of have to live near the hospital until I become the "big cheese"
My starter home will likely be up in MA right outside Boston too given the job market down here... so I'm going to be lucky with $5-700K
