The shovel stock really ties the whole AK together...

If you're comfortable with some minor wood work, you could remove some material on the shank portion of your stock where it fits into the receiver, effectively dropping the back of your stock, bringing your eye lower in-line to the sights. I've seen it work for the Yugo and milled-receiver type stocks.

I thought about doing that, but decided to try the aftermarket stock instead. I ordered the Handguard and grip from centerfire systems like @triplestack3 mentioned for $10 bucks to see how it matches the stock. If I’m not happy with that I may get to cutting on the orignal stock lol

I think I like the regular beretta 92 grip with thin grips over the vertec grip. I need an LTT or WC.

I've been looking at the LTT as well, but after owning a M9A3 for a while, I'm not sure I'd like it yet. Do like the PX4 Storm Compact Carry though that Langdon helped customize.
