They look badass but I didn't enjoy mine. The Ultimak and cowitness was nice. The snail should have offset to the other side, I bought it on a whim. Well it completely interferes with your support arm. It was a neat gun for what it is but nowhere near as accurate as an AR. The newer series with the thicker barrel could be a lot better rifle but I haven't tried one out yet. Good mags are expensive. Well, $20-$30 anyway...

Maybe I'm just weird but given the choice between a nice stainless mini 14 and an AR I'd take the mini every time. I know the AR is better, but that mini is just so damn cool

That's a dumb interest. The only thing a Mini-14 does better than an AR15 is comply with assault weapons bans. The Mini-14 is also strictly commercial grade.

If you had to choose for duty = M1A cqb or AR10 ?

AR10. Faster reloads and better modularity.
