Tula or Wolf ammo?? Had both but what is the general consensus? Tula?

Tula for 8M3, Barnaul (under whatever name, Wolf, Brown Bear, etc) for everything else. Barnaul 125gr Soft Point for reliably expanding ammo.
Barnaul is more consistent, has sealed necks and primers.
1 Barnaul
2 Golden tiger/RAS, Amursk made ammo.
3 Tula
4 Klimovsk

We did that in Mexico years ago. We had absolutely no clue we would get covered like we'd been mud wrestling. We had to wash our clothes off in the bathtub. My wife was a trooper.
