How long is everyone for the ATF to process form 4 paperwork? I called them and all the lady said was “we can only tell you the ATF approved wait time is 8 months” and I asked someone at a local range and she said she got hers back in 11 months.

Are you filing trust, individual, paper, e-file?
If trust is it just you, or are there other people?
Have you ever been arrested even if the charges didn’t stick?
Do you have the same name as a felon?
Do you have a UPIN?

If all things are standard, it’s 8-11 months for paper filing.
E-file remains to be seen but they say 90days
