Free floating rail for my ar

I would like one 12" to 13" long and a nose cone,who has the best price and were can I buy it. I could use a magpul buttstocks but are they for the toy guns.and does anyone have a ati buttstocks if so is it loose. That's advanced technology international for the drunk people

They do have nose pieces for free float rail that fill in the open space around the barrel, never seen a cone shaped one though, also fail to see the need for one.
