Did you use 1 email address for both?

No. All three (mine, wife, daughter) were different emails. Ordered the same day (within 2 hours of each other). I'll give it until the weekend. If only 1 comes in, they have a decent sorting software or rainman maining the Fedex label maker.

For people who did multiple people, same house, holler if you get more than 1 delivered. I signed up my wife and daughter at the same time and only got 1. Ill report in if that changes.

I tried 2 different times using my junk Hotmail account as the address. Didn't get a confirmation either time. I just did it again using my real email and got confirmation right away.
