If you like to be able to sleep and do get one, get a female. I know several males that snore louder than a 300 pound man with sleep apnea. Even awake they make noises that should only be uttered by demon spawn.

Bring her to a shelter. I'll bet she falls in love with a puppy there within a few minutes....bring him/her home.
Pugs are great. Very similar to French it's. Try looking at rescues for either breed. All ages usually can be found. So my 11 year old has been wanting a French Bulldog for a while. Based on some recent events I decided she is responsible and will take good care of it, train it and so forth. So I did a google search. HOLY CRAPAMOLE!!! What the hell makes those damn dogs worth more than my ol' Chevy I drive everyday. She is going to have to fall in love with another breed. Lol.
Try French Bulldog Rescue. They are great dogs (Lap Dogs) Real couch potato's. I have two Bella is the pied and Moonshine is white. They are expensive but rescues are available. Moonshine was a recue pup. The breeder didnt want to stud him because he weighed 39 lbs. The AKC limit is 30 for shows so he didnt think he would be a good stud. I got him for free but agreed to snip him. Bella was from a breeder in South GA. SHe is going to be 9. Moonie is 3. Also they can be high maintenance with allergies, skin issues, respiratory problems . As noted they are expensive to breed. The size they are doesnt help mother nature to perform without help.

. Those are good looking pups you got there though. We're in between dogs right now and looked at French Bulldogs as a possibility. There's a puppy store over near the intersection of State Bridge Road and Medlock Bridge Parkway in Johns Creek. We went a couple of weekends ago. They had Frenchies. $5000! Couldn't believe it. They're cut, but they're not THAT cute.
Can't see spending 5K on a little fart machine that won't hunt, do any practical work, or help with watch duty.
The last three dogs we've had were adult Weimaraner rescues. They were all great dogs. We'll probably get another.
