It's little more than egg yolks (or whole eggs) and oil with air and lemon juice whipped into the mix. Fresh keeps only about two weeks in the frig though so make small batches.

See above. It's one of the first "sauces" I learned to make.

I have a small blender and I use Canola oil, egg yokes, garlic, spicy mustard, lemon, and avocado. All all to the blender mix and add the Canola oil slowly until I get the consistency I like..I also do small batches to use quicker. I don't let it sit in the fridge long.

Tried them all. Dukes is the best! Egg sandwiches, tomato sandwiches, chicken salad, scrambled eggs (yes I put it on my scrambled eggs and fried eggs. BLT sandwiches etc. etc.
